Shipping Policy

Glamoholic is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments including Priority and Express shipping options. Once the package has left the Glamoholic facility, we are not liable for any damaged, delayed, or lost packages. 

Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or return to sender. Glamoholic.in is not liable for any returns due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to sender.

Glamoholic.in has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back to the fulfillment facility. All orders considered lost, damaged, or delayed must be addressed within 10 days of the most recent tracking scan or delivery date. 

All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address changes will be considered but not guaranteed.

Order Cancellation:

Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Your order will begin being processed once you receive your order confirmation by email, at this point your order cannot be changed or cancelled. Once you have received your items, you may send them back for a refund as long as they are unopened and unused.
